Possible Freeze Tonight!!

Bad news! The National Weather Service is predicting 29F tonight! Ouch! That put our tomato, eggplant, etc seedlings in the green house in danger. The temperature in the green house will be several degrees higher than outside and we can cover the plants as well – BUT what if it actually gets 5 degrees colder than predicted (that happened just 5 nights ago)? We don’t want to take the risk of losing those seedlings, so we bring all the ones (a lot!) sensitive to frost inside another building – to make sure they don’t freeze. And we wonder about the fruit blossoms – will they suffer? Will it just get some of them and thus “thin” the fruit (that’s good) or will it kill most/all of them??
